Attended Hinsdale South High School... she earned team MVP honors, three All-Conference selections, All-State recognition, and Regional Honorable Mention accolades in volleyball... She also excelled with Sports Performance Volleyball Club, earning All-American honors during her club career.

PERSONAL
Daughter of Eugene and Asta Melstrad, a former professional handball player in Europe, and sister to Diana Melstrad, she began playing volleyball at age 9 after being inspired by her father... She enjoys music festivals, concerts, spending time with friends, and cheering on her favorite team, the Chicago Bears... She credits her older sister, Diana, as her biggest role model for her determination and work ethic... Drawn to NSU by its strong team culture, innovative approach to player development, and location, she is excited to continue growing under Coach Geer while helping build trust and success within a young team.
